Official Information: The West Virginia Hot Dog Festival

When: Saturday, June 6, 2026, Registration 8 a.m., Event 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Who: Everyone is welcome with their family dog(s). Dogs must be on leash.

Where: Pullman Square, Downtown Huntington, West Virginia.

3rd Avenue from 10th Street to 7th Street, and 8th and 9th Streets from Veterans Memorial Boulevard to 3rd Avenue.

Celebrate local flavors and community spirit at the West Virginia Hot Dog Festival. Savor mouthwatering hot dogs from 12 top vendors. Enjoy lively entertainment, and join in fun activities designed for food and dog lovers of all ages. Your attendance supports local businesses and the Hoops Family Children’s Hospital.

SCAM ALERT: We are saddened to announce that in recent years, people not associated with the festival have contacted others offering booth space for money that they claim goes to the charity, but that’s not what happens. Local officials are aware of this scam.
